This agreement for plot Bookingis made on 2025-05-23. between,M/s. UNIGAINZ TECHNOLOGY represent by Managing Director Mr.J.SALEEM having office Door No.at No. 2, Krishna Street, SindurCascade, S1 North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai- 600017. Hereinafter called this SELLER (Which expression shall include her heirs, successors, legal representative and assignees) of one PART)

Whereas the property more fully described in the schedule here under is the self acquired property of the seller

  1. 1. Part -2 is agreeing to purchase property worth of Rs 300000/- (TUREE LAKHS only) from Part 1
  2. 2. Part-2 given Advance of Rs 100000/-(ONE LAKHS only) towards the property to Part-1.
  3. 3. At the time of registration Part -2 is agreeing to pay the balance amount to Part-1.
  4. 4. If Part-2 interested & willing to pay additional amount to purchase additional plots or other properties with the Part-1.
  5. 5. Part-1 agrees to give the clear title property to the Part-2
  6. 6. This mutual agreement is valid for 12 months.
  7. 7. Registration & relevant to the Registration of property charges fully belongs to Part-2
  8. 8. Part-2 will register on hye her name or nominate his legal heirs to register the Plot of property with Part-1
  9. 9. If Part-1 not registering or given the property within the period to Part-2, Part 2 can claim his/her payment with 24% interest per annum.
  10. 10. This agreement is fully understood & mutually agreed upon both the parties.

This deposited amount is secured by collateral. “First Party” agrees that the above company plans and schemes and terms and condition with full prosperity.
